How should I compare quartz designs?

Look at a larger sample or slab to understand the scale of the pattern. Compare it with your cabinetry and ask how seams, edge profiles and any waterfall panels will be arranged in your layout.

Does quartz require sealing?

Follow the selected manufacturer’s instructions. For example, Cambria quartz requires no sealing and can be cleaned with warm water, a soft cloth and mild soap. Other products should be checked against their own care guide.

Can I place hot cookware on quartz?

Use a trivet or hot pad and follow the manufacturer’s heat guidance. Cambria recommends protecting the surface from direct or sustained heat, including heat from countertop cooking appliances.
